COVID-19 information for corporates
We're dedicated to supporting our members during the ongoing pandemic.

Your members' wellbeing is our priority
We appreciate how difficult the past couple of years have been for many Australians. Your members' wellbeing is our priority, that's why our focus continues to be on providing quality health cover to our members when they need it most.
How we're supporting our members
COVID-19 support package
During the pandemic, we implemented several measures through our COVID-19 support package to ensure members could access essential health services. This included postponing the annual health insurance increase for six months.
Expanded cover for COVID-19 related treatment
We've extended access until 31 December 2022 to expanded cover for COVID-19 related hospital treatment across all levels of cover at no additional cost where these treatments are excluded.
