GU Health Rewards

You need to download the GU Health App on your mobile device in order to take advantage of GU Health Rewards. Once you have the app, you’ll notice there’s a ‘Rewards’ link on the home page. 

When you click on the link, you’ll go to the Rewards portal. To be eligible to access and use GU Health Rewards, you must: 

• be listed on an active GU Health membership 

• have the GU Health App on your mobile device. 

Select the item that you wish to purchase and follow the prompts through to the checkout.  Some items can be purchased by digital delivery to use for yourself or as a gift. For other purchases you’ll be given a promotion code, which you’ll need to enter on the relevant website to access your discount. 

If you can't log in, make sure you're entering the unique email address registered to you in Online Member Services and that it's not also registered to another member on your policy. If you're not the policy holder and you haven't added your individual email address, ask the policy holder to add it for you in Online Member Services.

If your Rewards account is locked, please contact [email protected] for assistance. Rewards accounts are usually locked for security reasons and we need you to verify your account or recent transactions.

Head to the Rewards portal and in the top menu select My Account. You can download your voucher from Order History by selecting View Order.

If you're still waiting for the voucher to arrive via email, some email servers can experience delays. Please allow up to 48 hours for delivery. Vouchers will be sent from the email address [email protected]. Check your spam filters to ensure you can receive emails from this address or if required, add it to your safe sender list.

If your voucher is not working, make sure the details have been entered correctly. All enquiries are best directed back to the participating business to find a resolution as to why the voucher is not working.

After the expiry date, your voucher cannot be reissued or refunded.
