If you're changing jobs or leaving your employer, your corporate health plan may no longer apply.
Stay covered - Transfer to an individual GU Health membership within 60 days to maintain continuity and avoid re-serving waiting periods (if cover level is comparable). Learn more about gaps in cover, opens in a new tab.

Employer rights – Your employer or their broker can cancel your corporate health plan membership at any time.
