When you become a GU Health client you'll work with your own Business Development Manager who is there to help you with everything from the initial establishment of your plan, to communicating and marketing it to your staff. You'll then be allocated an Account Manager to handle your ongoing plan administration and management enquiries.

GU Health clients can administer their plans themselves using our online membership portal ‑ reducing paperwork and administration time.

Your staff who join the plan are cared for by their own Member Relations Team who are all experts in your plan and available to help with any enquiry. From answering questions about your health plan to ensuring that claims are paid promptly, our team works side by side to ensure that your team is given the very best in customer care and convenience.
